  There was no compassion we were rushed to get it over with. We ordered a wreath from the grandchildren and great grandchildren never ordered. My mom prepaid for her arrangements she paid for 2 visitations she had 1 she paid $740.00 for a luncheon never got the money. We told them my mom had a hair dresser that would do her hair because she went there 2 weeks before her death they said they have someone that does the hair. HER HAIR WAS TOTALLY WRONG!!!!! I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THAT PLACE AGAIN!!!!!

  First of Dale and Rich Hoover would be appalled at how their business is being ran.
  On the day of our meeting to go over the obituary I said that my Mom has a hair stylist.
  I was told they have someone, well if I would've seen my Mom's Hair before the day of the funeral it would have been redone. I wouldn't let that women groom a dog. That really pissed me off. Here is the big kicker we ordered a wreath from the grandchildren and on the day of the funeral we noticed that it wasn't there. My brother Tim and I went across the street to ask where it was, and They had to check their notes. He came back and said " I forgot to order it". It's bad enough that Our Mom left us too early, but then to have incompetent funeral directors is just disgusting. There is alot more that I could say,but it won't do any good.
  
  For future customers beware and stand up for what is rightfully your decision.

  They "forgot" to order a wreath arrangement for my grandmother's funeral. We felt rushed at the burial site and they had no compassion for the family who just lost a loved one. I do not recommend this place.
